Upon completing a purchase and receiving your download, Barca Production grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product(s) for personal career use only.

All templates, designs, layouts, typography choices, color palettes, and associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Barca Production and are protected by copyright law. The purchase of a template grants you a personal use license only — ownership of the underlying design does not transfer to the buyer.
The Barca Production name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Barca Production. You may not use our name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written permission.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our products are instant digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, no refunds, credits, or exchanges are issued for any reason. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method. All sales are final at the time of checkout.
All products are delivered digitally via secure download links sent to your email address and/or displayed on the confirmation page after purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. Barca Production is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer. Download links expire 30 days after purchase — save your files promptly.
Our templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we test all templates extensively for ATS compatibility and design quality, we cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes. Job application success depends on many factors beyond template design, including your experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barca Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
