All templates are delivered as fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) files. Resume and cover letter templates also include PDF versions ready for submission. The Creative Portfolio Bundle and Mega Bundle additionally include PowerPoint (.pptx) portfolio and presentation templates. Every purchase is delivered as a .zip file containing all relevant formats.

Open the .docx file in Microsoft Word (2016 or newer recommended) or in Google Docs. Simply click on any text placeholder and replace it with your own content. Do not delete the text boxes or table structures — edit the text within them. For the best visual results and font rendering, use Microsoft Word on Windows or Mac rather than Google Docs, which can shift layouts slightly. A brief instruction guide is included in every download package.

Select templates in the Creative Portfolio Bundle include Canva-compatible versions. The .docx templates from all other bundles can be imported into Canva using Canva's "Import" feature, though formatting may vary. We recommend using Microsoft Word for the most accurate representation of the template design. Yes. Every template is tested against the six most widely used applicant tracking systems: Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, and LinkedIn Recruiter. We maintain 95–100% parse accuracy across all platforms. Our templates use standard fonts (no decorative fonts that confuse ATS parsers), proper heading structure, clean section labeling, and appropriate column layouts. Graphical elements are confined to areas that don't interfere with text parsing. Each template also includes an ATS keyword guide for your specific profession.

ATS (Applicant Tracking System) score refers to how accurately a resume's content is parsed and extracted by the tracking software used by employers. A score of 95–100% means the ATS correctly identifies and categorizes your contact information, work history, education, skills, and other sections. If an ATS can't parse your resume correctly, your application may be discarded before a human ever reads it. Our templates are structurally engineered so the ATS sees exactly what you intend it to see.

Immediately after your Stripe payment is processed, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page with your download links. You'll also receive an email within a few minutes containing the same links. Downloads remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase — save your files to a secure location like Google Drive or Dropbox as soon as possible. First, check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If the link in the email shows as expired, or if you never received the email, contact us at info@barcaproduction.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will resend your download links within one business day. Please note: download links expire 30 days after purchase to protect against redistribution.

Start with your primary industry. If you're in corporate, tech, healthcare, creative, or real estate, start with the corresponding bundle — it covers all the major roles in that field at a bundled price. If you're applying to one very specific role and only need that single template, choose an individual template. If you're career-pivoting, exploring multiple industries, or want complete coverage, the Mega Bundle is the most cost-effective option at $127 for everything. Still unsure? If you know exactly which role you're targeting and don't anticipate applying to other professions in the near future, an individual template ($14–$22) gives you everything you need for that specific position. However, bundles represent significantly better value — the Corporate Bundle, for example, gives you 12 templates including cover letters for $47, versus $14+ per individual template. Most customers find the bundle to be the smarter investment, especially since careers often involve multiple roles over time.

We offer custom template design for specific professions not currently in our catalog, as well as branded versions for corporate HR departments and recruiting teams. Yes — your license covers unlimited personal use for your own job applications. You can customize and submit your template to as many employers as you like.
